Log:
Instead of enumerating all of the 4.X releases here (it was only up to
FreeBSD 4.4), list only the date of 4.0-RELEASE and &rel2.current
(released in &rel2.current.date;). Also note that additional 4.X
releases will be expected throughout 2003.
