Log:
I18N Patch updated.
This patch lost compatibility with old one. The changes are:
1. package name changed: qt-i18n-1.44 -> qt-i18n-1.44a
2. version of library changed: libqti18n.so.1 -> libqti18n.so.2
3. installing html documents.
New patch also contains many bug fixes.
