I had this ... you have to go back
to an earlier version like 4.0 then
cvsup the source code for 4.4 and rebuild Generic
as indicated below .....
or go get another keyboard, especially as the
Mitsubishi also can confuse a KVM switch ... sigh
Standards are great --- if only they were followed....
