media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>)
de and fxp speed is correctly reported by snmpd as 100Mbps,
but snmpd claims rl and xl speed is 10Mbps. Of course both
rl and xl operate at autonegotiated 100Mbps.
