But you only learn "it's too late". You don't have a chance to
sync or umount or do something. The only thing one can do about
this is to keep the floppy inside and eject it ONLY when all the
administrativa are done. That's exactly the point where it isn't
the above mentioned "PC floppy" any longer (see Macs and Sparcs
for the opposite, but not the latest cheap clones).
