Can anyone tell me if there is support for this card?

I looked around and saw support for the USB version, but not this exact one.
If there is no support, I can provide help as long as someone provides
some guidance (I am not very familiar with the wireless code).
 
Any help or hint on kicking this off would be very appreciated.
