This is check for the file TIMESTAMP under /pub/FreeBSD, which is updated one per hour on the FTP master site. If the mirror has been updated in the last 7 days, it is green. If the mirror has been updated in the last 30 days, it will be yellow. If the last update of the mirror has been later than that, it will be red. If a problem occured, it will be gray.
