Step one: Run openoffice-1.1-spadmin

Step two: Use this command pstops '2:0L@.7(21cm,0)+1L@.7(21cm,14.85cm)' | lpr.

pstops is part of the psutils package, which can be found for FreeBSD at /usr/ports/print/psutils-a4 or at the PS Utils website
